Keep original headers?? - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

So I'm picking up my '90 tomorrow morning from the mechanic. New headers are installed! The question is- is there a good reason to keep the original headers and hollowed out cats? Or will this just be more stuff in my life that I don't have any need for......

I kept mine in case the car ever makes it back to California. You could get a few bucks for them....with hollowed out cats not that much.

Sir,. If you have the shelds and they are in decent shape, I will take them off your hands. I can use them. Will pay for your troubles. With cats there is a small market for them. Thank you. George

Yeah I just realized there is a market for them yesterday. So I am planning to sell them along with the rest of the original exhaust.
