Jerrys Gaskets: New 368 Build Kit

Due to lack of availability for OEM original parts, primarily rings, pistons, sleeves & connecting rods (in that order), Jerrys Gaskets has developed a package containing the same components...... only better. The package is as close to being drop-in, as close as we can make it, like the original parts. Additional steps required for installation are final honing of cylinder sleeves to finish size/clearance and re-balancing.

The new package is applicable for a stock rebuild AND/OR a performance enhancement rebuild. Displacement has been increased to a 4.000" bore for 368 cubic inches. All components are match designed. As an added bonus, Jerrys Gaskets will end gap the new piston rings to the proper dimension, with our new Total Seal Precision Power Ring Filer.

For the do-it yourself owner, we have been expanding our LT5 Special Tools inventory. Although the tools are available for purchase, the intended purpose is to make them available for rental on a much lower cost basis. Each rental period is for 30 days, round trip from us to you. Simply organize your schedule & order when you are ready. Availability may be limited by inventory & prior purchase/rental.
