"Ron" is a self admitted, genuwine "coonass" from The bayous of Louisiana who opened a resturaunt in Utica IL. He serves up some real cajun fare from old family recipies. It is to die for deelocious! Crawfish Etufe', gumbo, shimp, blackened (you name it), homemade ice cream... people stand in line to get a table and don't mind the wait! You're welcome to join us! |
