Re: Flooding!
We are fine here Mr. Paul. Thanks' for your concern buddy.
We rarely flood from rain water. It's the autumn high-seasonal ocean tides combined with an on shore storm is when we have to keep an eye out. Sandy was a rare storm. The area that we are in although right on the bay front isn't on the 100 year flood map. Meaning that the surrounding area wasn't flooded in the past 100 years. That included the 1933-4 (?) storm that took out most New England. East Coasters stay dry. And keep those ZR1's out of the H2O.

Re: Flooding!
We've gotten a little over 10 inches in the last two days. Pouring outside right now! Some friends down in Charleston have sent pics showing the downtown area is completely flooded...but that happens all the time when you are below sea level Lots of area flooding around here esp near the rivers. My yard drains pretty darn good thankfully. Noticed my neighbor has a tarp over his roof today. The Admiral is high and dry though! Hope all you guys up the east coast weather it well! Stay dry fellas!

Re: Flooding!
Sorry to hear about the flooding; I'm so out of touch with what is going on around the world. We can sure use some rain over here in drought country. I hope everyone is safe and well.

Re: Flooding!
Thanks David! Craig, you're welcome to drop in and enjoy some. Heard they have closed I-95 from I-20 to I-26. That's about an 80 mile stretch!

Re: Flooding!
Take care Jim! My prayers out to all those affected in those states. I just looked it up and had no idea being consumed in work and study.

Re: Flooding!
Here's a couple of shots from around my area today. Thankfully we are ok and flooding wasn't an issue at my place, but some others were much more unfortunate. My prayers go out to all those affected by this historic storm!
