All, been digging through all the injector info. I am going to replace the injectors on my newly acquired 1990. About how many hours of labor should it take to swap them out?

I would give yourself 3-4 hours, maybe alittle more for a first timer

Cleaning the valley drain, Cleaning the valley, checking for vacuum leaks, reconditioning the starter solenoid and so on ![]() I would also remove and install new gaskets on each Injector Housing Coolant Manifold (use heat to make sure you do not mess up the corroded bolts on the Coolant Manifolds). I always use SS Allen Head Bolt Replacements on ALL top end bolts from Jerry's ![]() Get the gaskets (Plenum, Coolant Manifolds) from Jerry's Jerry also has very nice PCV Connectors (the Dual PCV rubber pipe, the Dual PCV Pipe Connector and the two Injector Housing PCV Connector "Ls") I would install getting rid of the hose clamps on your existing PCV system as hose clamps will no longer be necessary. Well, got the injectors finished today along with changing the spark plugs (car still had factory plugs), Amsoil oil and tranny fluid, new fuel filter. Hailbeck chip installed. Car runs like a champ now and a blast to drive. OBX cat back going on tomorrow.
