Default Underhood fuse block?

Is there one? Where? (too much dust on the FSM )

Not a "fuse block" - there's several fusible links near and behind the battery, the primary fuse block is right side of dash and under the right side of the dash there are 3 - 4. There are relays everywhere!

ALL fuses pulled, and still a draw.

I still hear a click too, when I make contact with the multimeter probes!!!!!!

And the click is FELT in the headlight manual rotation knobs; both sides.

Where is the relay for this headlight motor circuit???

WE ARE CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Put the H/L control module back in and then check each H/L seperately for the draw at the H/L motor.
