Saw this and was disgusted...
I've seen lots of bogus claims about police brutality, but this is is so over the top. http://youtu.be/O5eOknaXgYU There is a guy narating and he talk slow, but the video and pictures will shock you. |

At the very end of the video you can use the dash cam's time stamp and the guardrail markers to get a sense of the chase's velocity.....something don't add up here.
