Was a nice car. I flew out to Long Island and drove her back to Vegas via the BG Gathering a few years ago. FU took me out on his boat (and we drank much vodka!) and put me up for the night. At BG Jerry Downey and I made a run to the store from Beach Bend and when we got back we went right up to the tree and didn't even unload the car. Down the strip we went! What good memories!

In the past I wasnt a ruby red fan. But lately Ive been warming up to that color.

I can not believe how low the bid price is now on such a nice car!? Don't let it go for less than it is worth. I am sickened by how low people are letting their ZR1's going on ebay... While looking at your gorgeous car on ebay, I decided to use the link on ebay for Kelly Blue Book to see what my car is worth. The price KBB provides via ebay link was about $19,000, but when I went on KBB'S site it says my car has a retail value of $32,000?

Hasn't met the reserve yet at $16.5k. But I agree, folks are letting their Z's go too cheap. Maybe they need the moola or maybe they just don't know the value.

I had mine for sale a few years ago. Asked $18k. Had offers for as much as $17.5, but being stubborn I turned them down. Didn't sell. Now I am glad I kept it!!

How many years between when you sold it and now? Any idea on what happened inbetween? I have been looking for a ruby for a while. Interior looks a bit rough? But that is easily delt with. Any suggestions you have re this car will be most appreciated.

Wayne,

Nothing bad to say about this car. The interior is not rough. Ruby's do not photo well. The carpet and seats always look bad in photo's. This car was and probably is very nice still. The guy is a corvette guy.
