Drag Racing at Beech Bend - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

A group of Diesel guy's have had Beech Bend drag strip reserved since last year. This is the second year that they had reserved the drag strip for they're own use. They're event is a large one. We tried to get in with them but the Diesel guy's didn't want anything to do with us Corvette guy's. And since the Diesel guy's rent the track for they're event we had no choice in the matter. Dallas the owner of the track was contacted by myself and others trying to get access with no luck.
So we will have to go on in Saturday with the time slot guys at 5pm.

How are we going to go Drag Racing Saturday at 5PM when the Banquet is scheduled for Saturday at 6.

5pm Saturday is a bummer. This year looks like the weather may actually be good, and now we get shafted for pickup trucks instead. If you break, not much time to work on it before having to leave Sunday.
