Default K&N Oil filter

What does everyone think about the K&N oil filter. I bought 5 gallons of AMSOIL
and the only oil filter they carry for the ZR1 is manufactured by WIX. I went online to Amazon and can get a K&N oil filter shipped for 11.00 and some change.

I think most of us use the Bosch 3404 or the Mobil 1 filters. The Bosch is only $6 or so at Auto-Zone and the likes. Why only 5 qts of the Amozoil????? Maybe not for an LT5......

The Bosch filter is #3401. An interesting review of filters can be read here: http://www.zr1specialist.com/HAT%20W...r%20Review.pdf

Due to the impossibility of getting any of the good filters easily in this area, I went with a Pure Power reusable filter.

I've been very happy with it. A bonus as well is that Carter can machine them for extra bling if you like I haven't done this yet only because I haven't decided what I would want on it yet.

I've been running K&N's on a few of my cars and have been very happy with them.
