Default Balancer install tool

Friend of mine is a retired JAG attorney and as a hobby he is a machinist.....anyone interested in having him reproduce this tool and what would be the price? I can give him my original and have him copy it.

Any idea on what it might be worth? This guy builds working cannons with a threaded breach.....looks like he knows his stuff, he has mostly the old school stuff. His dad was a machinist so he grew up doing it.

I can test them on my spares.

I just bought one of Ebay for 29.95 + 7.95 shipping from cssurplus, new never out of the box. The picture showed one with the lube and unwrapped witch lends me to believe they have more Part # J-38463 they called it a LT-5 oil pump seal installer

I don't see any more listed...maybe I missed it. I have sent him the specs, not sure a retired attorney is willing to do it for $29.95. He just bought a 64 fuelie.
