Default anyone have any info/pictures of this C4 ZR1??

Ive been searching daily for months for the perfect color scheme for my 94 C4. I'm a painter and Ive been looking for something that will be flashy not only to set a personal goal but to help attract business as well.

The paint scheme I have found is on the bottom left of page 131 in the Corvette Central C4 parts catalog. It is a bright yellow ZR1 with a fat black stripe and what looks like red or orange stripes on the sides of the black stripe.
I plan to buy some very expensive paint and before I do I would like to see more pictures of this car. This being such a radical color, I'm worried about the cars looks in real life vs a picture in a catalog.
I know how tight you ZR1 guys are and i hope someone knows something about this car or has more pictures of it.
He is a picture I took with my iphone. I'm sorry for the bad quality I don't have a scanner right now.

If anyone has any info about this car please let me know!
Thanks for your time!

Heres a better picture.I called Corvette Central and after some digging I was told somebody at the catalog company Photoshopped this picture. This is the nicest Z Ive seen yet,not too crazy about the GS stripe.[IMG][/IMG]

You sure?? That's a damn good photoshop. Funny thing, In the catalog I looked it over well to see if it was photoshoped and figured it to be real. The first picture I took of the picture made the wheels look photoshoped.
Is the whole car photoshoped?? Or just parts like the ride height? I thought it looked too low to be driven. But I figured it was air springs like 80's yellow C4 with purple flames found in the suspension section of the catalog.

Thats really disappointing. I don't know what I will do now.

EDIT. Well noithing looks impossible. It may not be a real car but everything about it could be done. The ride height being the hardest part. I dont believe you could go that low and keep the transverse leaf. Ive been considering an air ride suspention anyway. using Air Ride tech's Shockwaves both front and rear.. They claim it will improve the handling but I wonder about that. seems air springs would be loose.

I do think the yellow is Photoshopped, the ZR-1 crowd is a pretty tight group,if theres a unique Z out there people will know about it.When I asked about this car a few months ago nobody knew about it so I called Corvette Central and got some info.Whats so disappointing about it?Heres my 91,not as low as this yellow car, never will be.I plan on putting a nice set of wheels on the car here pretty soon.My car has an adjustable front spring,I might bring it down as low as the yellow car only for a few pictures but the way my car sits now is low enough.Ive seen comparisons between air springs and they are getting to the point to where they are close to conventional springs.[IMG][/IMG]

Ive been told that by many. And I like the idea of adjustable suspension. But I don't like the idea of a compressor , tank and valves all on a corvette extra weight and no room for it.

I believe I will just lower mine and be happy. I like the look of the yellow one but it is to low to be used. And what good is a corvette that cant be driven.

It's disappointing because I want to see the paint scheme before I decide if I like it enough to pay for it or not. Yellow is flashy, Yellow with black stripe looks like bumble bee. But for some reason that picture photoshoped or not pulled it off well. The car looks amazing. But the question is would any C4 look as good?

Ive seen pictures of cars I thought looked amazing. Then look at the other angles and it don't look as good. I believe this may be the case of this car.

Also you can't see much of the stripe from this angle. I can tell that it is black with a orange or red side stripe. But I can see it enough to copy it to another car.

What I really need is someone that is very good with photo programs to make me a picture.

Not especially good at photoshop, but I rendered a short 3D animation that might help you.

http://vette-dreams.com/temp/yellow1.avi

It shows a ZR-1 3D model with a skin similar to the pics above, spinning through 360.

FYI: I posted an thread on digitalcorvettes forum also, I will pay someone $30 if they can make a quality photoshop of a yellow C4 with a black stripe and red/orange stripe outline. I want one done in two ways with both red and orange stripe outline. I want one to be like the grand sport stripe. Just a plain straight stripe the width of the stock cowl. And the sides of the cowl will be the width of the orange/red.

The next one is the one I'm most interested in, I want the stripe to be the width of the cowl at the back of the hood and taper down slightly like the stock cowl does. I want the orange/red stripe to be approx 1.5" wide at the back of the hood and taper down with the black stripe until they are only about 3/4" to 1/2" thick at the tag cover plate. Just like the picture. You can PM me and I will send you some quality pictures I found online to start with or you can locate your own.

You can send me a low quality picture or a watter marked copy etc and I will pick the best and send the winner $30 via paypal for their time and efforts.

A26B: What body kit is that? Ive never seen that one before. I like the front a lot.

Here is another that is lowered with coilovers. They caim it is driven all the time with no major isseues
