Looking for part numbers for a '95 Pilot bushing(into flywheel for ZF input drive gear insertion) ant a new throw-out bearing.

Anyone know the best way to remove the old pilot bushing & how to instal the new?

Hi, I looked up the GM #'s on my parts CD. A word of caution, the P/N's on the CD are old and may have been replaced by newer P/N's. Check it out at some of the sites like P & G chevy.com or GMpastsdirect.com.

Anyway:
Clutch release bearing,( T. O. ) P/n 10222087 94-95 LT5
Pilot bushing, P/N 10125896 91-95 LT5

I'm not sure but I think there is a tool you can rent at AutoZone to pull the pilot bushing. I have a 90 and the Helm manual cautions against using the "forced grease" method as the cranks are hollow(?) and damage could result making the crank unusable. I think I got that correct.

Good luck,
Tom
