Commonly referred to as the CCM in the early ZR-1's. Not for sale, sitting on my shelf already, along with the ECM and a few other electronics.

It is used to automatically control the heater/AC fan. It is located in the back right side of the engine compartment and has a double and quad electrical connectors going into it. It has a louvered aluminum assembly connected to a plastic body.
