I'm looking for bug spray to quash this Code 22 once and for all. TPS Low.

Its intermittent, and SES comes on sometimes when driving. Idles fine at start, but after the code has appeared during the trip, its idling at 2K.

I've replaced the TPS twice, and tested the low voltage ~ .5V

Most likely you have an intermittent connection between the TPS and the ECM, or the ECM's 5 volt reference is flakey. Check the connectors at the TPS and the B-connector at the ECM for dirty or bent pins. Finally, borrow a TECH 1 and follow the diagnostic aids in the service manual for code 22.
