I have read the threads on injector o'rings, I am replacing the IH O'rings, I have ohm'd these injectors all are good. This is how they came out, is the o'ring set up correctly and properly identified.

Here is how mine looked on my 90’ when I was running Bosch injectors. I can never remember which was primary and which secondary however only one has the O-ring mounted to the injector. The other has the O’ring mounted in the injector housing.

For what it's worth here (maybe) the Accel injectors (part # 150821 @ Summit Racing) which many, many ZR-1s are running on are identical, i,e., they both have provision for an O-ring at the injector tip. However, on the 1990 ZR-1 ONLY, the ridges provided to hold the O-ring on the tip of the primary injector can be ground off @ your discretion. (Theoretically, the ridges left on provide a bit of turbulence in lieu of the injector boss [often removed as part of the full porting of the 1990 IHs] to promote better atomization of the fuel.)
