Hi guys, I need to do a clutch replacement and did some searches on past posts, can't find a clear answer.

Something failed in there, rattling noises, car is not moving right now. I have to be prepared to replace the disc, bearings, pressure plate, and flywheel. The carolina clutch kits look attractive as they have most of what I need, but I'm reading mixed reviews.

I was satisfied with the performance of the stock setup, car is stock other than exhaust, I don't particularly want any new flywheel noise, and do not want to do this again anytime soon!

Thanks

There was a stock kit posted on the ZR-1 Registery facebook page.

If no OEM clutch disks are available, Haibeck recommended Centerforce 384100 disk. with 6 pcs .015" shims.

Thanks @S.hafsmo - just bought that clutch.

Also bought a Fidanza flywheel from him - i guess I'll use that if the stock dual mass is banged up.

Then I'd say you got a good deal. I gave quite a bit more for my set.

Last time I checked, Jerry still had one NOS flywheel in stock.

I have a good used OEM flywheel for sale if you need one.
