Of course, the last lug nut I'm trying to get off and NOT HAPPENING!

Hate the locking lugs. This one slips out every time I put any torque on it. Almost like it's stripped.

Is there anything I can try before I take the car up to the local tire shop?

Argh!

Tire shop has the expertise to remove it. Most likely on the last tire change they installed the wrong lock. Happens all the time! You need to find the match to the other 3!

You can try a Gator socket. A good tire shop can sometimes get it but it’s luck of the draw whether they have the right tool.

This will take care of it.
Just order the correct size

p.s. then remove all of the locks!

Marty's recommendation should work. In the interim, your lock nut socket appears to be worn out on the tips. Can't get a bite that way. Are you using an impact or regular wrench? Two things you might try in the interim.. grind off some of the end of the lock nut socket a bit so that the ends are squared off again, then retry with an impact while pressing the socket into the lug nut as hard as you can, to prevent it from coming out..

I once on the road took a 12 point socket of just the right size and hammered it over the locking lug. Got it done in a pinch.
