I recently found some A-mold style front wheels , the person said they were ZR1 wheels . I am not sure ,if you put the stem at 3 o'clock , theyre are two raised bumps at 12 and 6 on the face of the rim .The back of one spoke is stamped 17x8-1/2x56 . Are these oem ?

I'm not sure if you are asking if the rims are
OEM or ZR-1 specific.
For OEM check:

stamped on the inside
For ZR-1 specific you need to check the offset.
ZR-1 offset is unique
As for the "bumps" I wonder if they are to balance the rim?
IMHO, no bueno.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
vrs aftermarket
The other issue is offset.
Will the tires be flush with the fender or
stick out or sit tucked inside?

Those are not OEM. If they were they would have a JWL stamp on the face of the wheel, a GM part number on the rear of the wheel and a made in JPN stamp. 17 x 8.5 OEM A molds were on collector editions but never a ZR-1

NO - they show no signs of being GM what so ever!
With the valve stem @ 6:00 a GM/OE wheel will display a JWL in the argent of the 2nd window 'clockwise' of the valve stem.
This 2011 thread on the CF has a very good image of a GM 5-spoke wheel. Notice 2d window clockwise from valve stem. Regardless of width a GM/OE will display that JWL. There's a 9" wheel that was used on Camaro cars that had a GM cast into it.
