Moving onto next winter project on BR 1990 #0106. So far I have replaced the Clutch master and slave cylinders thanks to Jim from Power Torque Systems, what a great guy. Ventured under the dash replaced the CHMBL switch, works now. Cleaned and remounted both air bag sensors and actually got that pita infl/seatbelt light to reset after a few tries. The Bose system is next. Radio will turn on but nothing is heard from speakers. Wanted to check the Bose relay but do not know exactly where its at before I start pulling speakers, as usual any help would be greatly appreciated.

9 times out of ten your amps are defective if you have a Bose Gold.

However, if you get lucky (like me) your radio ECM is shot and needs replacing as well.

In my case I replaced the ECM and 4 amps. I now have an $800 radio!

Should've done the Bose relay while you were under the left side of the dash doing the CHMSL switch. You do now know the "how to" though. Get familiar with the 8A-201 section of your FSM. There's many answers there. One page after the wiring diagram for "most" components/circuits there a reference to 8A-201-X for images and also 8A-202-X for potential connector identification.
