Replaced dual mass flywheel and clutch, Still rattled. Code 44(LH O2 sensor, lean) Replaced O2 sensor, because it was easy, and sometimes it idled smooth sometimes it idled rough ,Still rattling.SO I took it to my southeast ZR-1 specialist. He removed the plennm cleaned all the injectors checked the wires and coils put it back together and it did the same thing.Off with the plenuum again.bench tested the injectors, checked compression(191-201)and then was able to determine that the NO #7 cylinder wasn't fireing all the time.He then found a broken wire 6 inches up the harness that was making contact intermittently. No rattle and the car runs like a scalded dog.Big time Thank You to Aaron Scott of SGC.

Yea the wire was going to the #7 primary injector. The break was up in the harness about 6 inches where they are all together.
