View Full Version : Dielectric grease

Planning to reassemble Wed or Thurs this week after pulling secondaries.
Quick count got me 35 or so electrical plugs that need to be reconnected.
Do you all use anything on them, generally speaking or just plug everything
back together dry? Dielectric grease on plug wires and grounds, anything else for all the other connectors?

FSM does not usually say to use it, but does not say not to use it either.

Thanks

It wont hurt as its all about continuity. I typically use it on plug boots and weatherstripping

Should I put it on the plug wire to coil boot?
Plenum goes on tomorrow.

Thanks

Will do! Plenum is next. Had some things come up today so I am
hoping to get to it tomorrow, maybe a test drive Saturday? I will
let you know.:thumbsup:
