Was going to build a 100+ intake for the Callaway; which is a Edelbrock tunnel ram cut down and a TPI plenum welded to it....they I saw this...it is the same height as a TPI and was apparently either a prototype for GM made by Jim McFarland or something made by SLP.... it has the GM winter foundry mark on it.....looks alot like the 100+ and it comes with new injectors and hi-po flow fuel rail(new)

paid $560 for it......I guess they made 5 of these....last one sold for $1K

Pretty cool Lee. Who's gonna tune it?

Not sure about the tune, at this point just trying to get thing together, using a one off intake is a PITA, everything has to be custom made

Looks good. Should really help add more rpm. I'm curious to see how your overall package works. Good luck, almost done.

Going to switch to 32lb injectors and not use the mircofuel system.

Change injectors you'll need to change the calibration.

Interesting. The stock injectors are plenty. Is there something wrong with the microfueler? I ditched my microfueler for a more modern setup. This allows me to run 16psi and more if I want. Tuning is a piece of cake now.

I just do not want to risk the chance of the micro inj being bad, so FIC ran some #s and advised that 32s would make up for the microfueler.....

Is that a turbo car?

If it is a turbo car, I dont see 32 lb/hr injectors being large enough. I ran 32's on my Vortec headed/SDPC Vortec head to TPI lower intake, SLP siamesed runners. Car when from a 15.8@88 mph with a 2.00 time(stock TPI 305 1985 IROC) down to a low 13 @ 101mph with a 1.75g0ft on stock radials.

The one good part about running the Microfueler/Paxtafueler/Versa fueler, whatever as they are all boost reference devices that run an extra pair of injectors is that if you run E85 or methanol is that it can really cool down the intake charge as its introduced into the air charge much earlier than where the conventional port fuel injectors are located.

Although I do understand wanting to get rid of one mechanical "device" which can fail, even though any injector driver or injector themselves can fail.
