View Full Version : Strange Leak

I had the car out the other night (91) and ran it out pretty good. Last night I noticed a puddle of water on the garage floor. Cleaned it up, but it's back again this morning! :thumbsdo:
I haven't investigated further -- thought I'd get some ideas before diving in. As you can see, the leak is coming from the drain hole behind the psg door. It hasn't seen rain or water of any kind so I'm assuming maybe it's the radiator?
Puzzling why it would be draining there...any thoughts would be appreciated!
Thanks,
John

From the color, I say it's your windshield washer fluid leaking; probably a hose from the reservoir.

On the passenger side so it's one of two things. The windshield washer fluid reservoir or the drain tube condensation from the AC. Both leak from about the same area (the firewall front of door)
I concur with the blue statement above as to what it probably is.

The windshield washer fluid would make more sense...I'll check it out!
Many thanks!

Yeah, condensation would be clear water.

Most likely washer fluid or whatever drained into the rocker panel and out the back behind the door.
