Default 5 ZR-1's at the Fast Cars and Freedom Car Show to support the Fisher House

Yesterday, in what started out as a rainy day, there were five ZR-1's at the Fast Cars and Freedom Car Show in McLean, VA.

The Fast Cars and Freedom Car Show was created to raise money for Fisher House. Fisher House is an charitable organization that provides lodging, transportation amd support for families of injured service members and veterans. It is one of the finest organizations helping military families that I know of.

One 1990 and four 1994 ZR-1's:

There was a wide variety of cars entered in the show and despite the early rain, everyone had a good time. Once the sun sort of came out, I got some pictures.

Steve (LORDVDR) just finished shining up his 1990:

Left, Phil (Jagdpanzer) and right, Yun (secondchance) and David (ZZZZZR1)

Here's a nice line up of LT5 power:

Nice, looks like fun! My car is down for the count due to an odd PCV issue, but looks like it would have been a good time.

Great pics Jim, a fine event and cause that I'm honored to support.
If a guy came to this show unfamiliar with C4s he probably would leave with the impression that LT5s are pretty much standard power for C4 Corvettes. With four 94s in a row almost 1% of ZR-1 production for that model year. Congratulations to Jim and Dave for winning very nice trophies and doing the ZR-1s proud. One of you should post a pic for everyone to see.

More pics from the show!! Gotta love looking down a row of LT-5's!! The Boss Hoss motorcycle was a tribute to the riders fallen son. It and 2 other bikes were rolling memorials and beautifully done.
