LT5 Dyno Sheets
Last May at B.G. the conversation came up about trying to get copies of the original engine Dyno sheets. There were various reasons why GM would not release them. However someone stated that they would try and make a plea again to see if they could get GM to reconsider. Does anyone remember who that might have been or how or who one could approach?? Is this something the NCM might be able to assist with?? It would be pretty cool to have the original Dyno sheet. I am sure GM's legal boy's had some obscure reason for not letting loose of them. I hope they have not been destroyed.
Any Idea's ??? Don Yoakem 91 #267 Dark Red Met. |

I lost my contact at GM. I'm working on new one. My guess is we will never see the sheets. I have only heard of one person who has it, and they were given that sheet by Graham. |

Based upon the cash whore that GM has become(selling their collection) maybe a cash offer would get it done. By the way a friend of mine has Bob Ltuz's son in laws vette in his garage right now if I get a chance to meet him I will beg and plead to see if we can get these. I LGAFF 92 ZR1 #234 |

Re: LT5 Dyno Sheets
i don't really care that much about the numbers, to be honest but i would be interested to know the variables. what the conditions were corrected to, what kind of RPM/per second 'Step' they were using, what kind/type of particular dyno they were using-water brake or inetia...those sorts of things. just curious. don't think we'd really be able to get much of that information anyways, but...never know.

I don't necessarily either. I mean it won't make my car any faster nor slower. I just think they'd be neat to see. I'd also be curious about the variability between motors, as I've no idea what is "normal" for manufacturers.

Re: LT5 Dyno Sheets
Why not offer the money to the NCM?
