Re: correct washer
Searched my service & owners manuals, and google, but came up empty. Always kind of assumed there would be a comprehensive parts list in the service manual, but seems there isn't, had never looked for one.
Did find this: https://www.torqueshop.net/shop/corv...ne-parts-list/ Was not able to find an equivalent 1990 LT-5 parts list in brief google search. Also, wasn't about to drop $45 for that list. Jerry's gaskets has the following, https://www.jerrysgaskets.com/plug-o...ain-90-95-1b4/ which I'd probably just go with if I needed a replacement as it's inexpensive, and have seen other posts where owners appear to be using it. Still doesn't answer the question though.

Re: correct washer
Look on this page for Oil Pan Drain Plugs and seal washers.
https://www.jerrysgaskets.com/oiling...eatured&page=3 You may also notice that we have the OE style drain plug back in stock. We just received the sample approval order (5) and should have the full order in about a week. Dimensionally correct and an even better plating job than the originals, Really beautiful part.
