Default C4 Callaway Destruction on Track

Found this while looking for something else - a not so memorable day from the past for a Callaway C4.

Cool. Thanks for sharing. Must not be fun to get a flat at high speed, miles from the pits.

If you see him, let him know I have a very nice, uninjured RPO B2K available if he needs another one!
That was indeed very hard to watch.
Progressive disintegration.

Should be "R" rated for all the violence and carnage that poor Corvette suffered

well I guess this car will also take the c4 zr1 devaluation assessment. I might give 10k for that car now. was the drive to the pits worth a complete body and expensive rim...... not. drive slower and lose the race,, it was going to lose anyway at least save the parts.

This car was rebuilt and raced for many years after this race.
Lance is now the owner of this car!

Back in the day I fell in love with that Callaway LeMans front end and priced one for my car, they wanted $10K for one

I'm glad this one wasn't damaged
