I thing JL told me the drop plenum was worth 10-15 hp on the big doggies that intake probably cost 6k in the day

Well... lifting the skirt resolves some of the mystery. That is some radical engineering back in the day. Thanks for the comment on the DIS module... I was wondering where that was moved too. And yeah back in the day that would have been a pricey mod. Greta post up. Very Unique

Graham told me the plenum was a $7k option......regardless, quite expensive. Definitely early radical development.....remember this engine would have needed to be ready for the 1998 road and track high speed shootout...so what ever that time frame was, back it up for the car build.
