Tire clearance question.
I want to put the stock wheels back on my car but would like to keep the longer wheel studs Im using so I can put the GS wheels, spacers on the car later on.Is there enough room in the rear quarter panel to move a stock ZR-1 wheel-tire out 10MM?

Re: Tire clearance question.
Jeff, I don't know the answers. I have stock ride height with stock offset wheels and stock size tires. I could go measure the distances from the inside of the tire to the inside of the wheel well & frame parts. I can measure how far away the outer side wall is from the outside wheel well lip on the opening and report back?
Tom

Re: Tire clearance question.
My experience may give you some guidance. I recently mounted OEM Z06 wheels on my 92. These are 12" wheels with a 59?mm offset or similar to GS wheels. I used an 18mm spacer with GM racing studs. The tire face is flush with the body panel and I have plenty of room in the wheel well with the stock ride height. My only issue was moving the brake lines away from the sidewall.
