I'm not use to this.
Well it's been a year since the last throwout bearing replacement/Fidanza install among other things. Other than waiting for a set of rear wheel bearings to arrive the car has not given me any grief in the past 12 months in any way at all. My new friend with the 09 ZR1 is just going to give me a set of 315 35 17 Micky Thmpsons drag radials for the rear that have only been run twice at the strip. He said that I won't loose any traction in those at all. Can't wait to see how the 1/4 times improve. Also in my boredom I took the seats out to clean under them and found a couple of old credit cards of the original owner and his wife with exp date of 11/91. And I also found what looked like a bag of bow tie pasta crumbs under both seats. Then after a little more looking around found that that was what was left of the seat bladder diaphram that connects the vacumm tubes together. The pumps still work but the connections are broke. So I figured I'd save that project for another day. Everytime I go digging around in places I havent been yet in this car I always seem to discover more old memoribillia.

Re: I'm not use to this.
I found a LIVE 9mm round wedged in the seat track mechanism & it was chewed up pretty bad.

Re: I'm not use to this.
The seats are usually the first thing I remove so I can dig around and find all the "stuff" usually its just business cards, change and a few old french fries.
But I haven't found anything really crazy on my tear downs. Ill let you know what I find when I tear apart my 68 corvette
