1 Week at a St. Thomas, US Virgin Island Marriott Resort - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

My wife and I own a Marriott Time Share and had given a week to our daughter to use this summer. The trip has already been confirmed in one of the nicest resorts in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands at Frenchman's Cove. It turns out our daughter is not going to be able to go. The week is Saturday-Saturday, August 13th-20th.

The going rate for this ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished condo with a full kitchen is $3,143 for the week. We are willing to sell the week to a ZR-1 netregistry member in good standing for $2,000 which covers our annual maintenance fee and all the fees necessary to temporarily transfer the week into the name of the interested party. This is for the use of the condo and all its included ammenities for the week of August 13th through the 20th only.
