The 2008 BHCC will be held:
Thursday, July 17 through Saturday, July 19
in beautiful Spearfish, SD.
Remember, if you are in Sioux Falls, SD on Wednesday to come out to Billion Southtown and then Downtown Sioux Falls for Hot Summer Nights!

All of the events from last year are coming back, with the addition of a few more!

Here is a tentative schedule (please remember that this is still 6 months away, so these plans are tentative):

Wednesday, July 16 - Sioux Falls, SD

• Gathering of Corvettes at Billion Southtown in the afternoon
• Hot Summer Nights 5pm-10pm

Thursday, July 17

• Start in Sioux Falls, SD for the caravan across the state to Spearfish!

• Registration in Spearfish, SD 3:30-5:30pm (late registration times will be posted later)

• Wine Tasting - come relax after a long drive and taste some amazing South Dakota wine• Social / Mixer and BBQ - enjoy free food, beer, wine and great friends as we all get reacquainted

Friday, July 18

• Autocross and Drags will again be held simultaneously in early and late run groups, so you still have time to complete both events

• Ladies Style Show / brunch
• Vette Street USA and People's Choice Car Show n the evening
• Hy-Vee Poker Run - at your own leisure

Saturday, July 19
• "Breakfast with the President's" Guided Tour to Mt Rushmore - early morning

• "Devils Tower" Guided Tour - morning

• Hy-Vee Poker Run - at your own leisure

• Funkana - ALL NEW EVENT! More information to follow, but this is a low speed timed event with a big emphasis on FUN!

• Optional Banquet at 5pm- that's right, the banquet is coming back and it will be optional. We will also have a banquet speaker that has yet to be finalized.
• Awards Ceremony at 7pm • Riddle's Rock N' Roll Party at 8pm - entertainment is being finalized.

We are also planning on having a vanity plate contest, and possibly a few more exciting activities to go along with our theme.
The brochure is getting completed and we hope to have those in the mail by the middle of February.

I will be there with mine along w/ my parents and their 2 zr-1's and z06...there is also another gentleman that I think will be there, he also has two zr-1's. Let me know if any of you all will be able to attend as I would love to look at a few other z's. I would really like to run in the caravan across the state but don't know if time will allow for it. If none of you have driven through the black hills, it's definately worth the trip for it's beauty and of course mt. rushmore, devils tower, etc. Hope to see lots of z's this year.
