Default Replace Fuel Injectors?

I pulled the plenum off the top of my ’89 LT5 in advance of dropping it in the engine bay. I bought the motor used and out of the car so have never run it.
Question; what do I do with the injectors? I am apprehensive about just leaving them in only to find they are clogged, broken, etc. I can send them out for cleaning and verification or I can simply buy new ones. Heck, I am not even sure if the flow rates in the ’89 are the same as those in the ’90 and later motors.
It is not a question of cost or time here. It is long term durability as I intend to put 100,000 miles on the car. If I change the injectors I am concerned about the new flow rates not matching the existing and in turn having to retune the computer. I intend to leave the motor basically stock. I also need to deal with California’s pissoline.
Thank in advance. George

Do not use any injectors made before 1993. They do not like the alcohol and will short out over time especially if the car sit for any length of time.

Thanks Tyler. Talking about running old injectors, you should know.
