Default Header exhaust install ?

Likely going to install long tube headers to b&b fusion exhaust on my ‘95. For headers haven’t decide yet on brand. Assuming SW headers...is this a plug and play installation at the connection points between headers and exhaust allowing me to do myself? Or, is custom pipe fab/weld work needed?

I searched high and low and learned a lot about header install pain points but didn’t see anything on this.

Thx in advance for help.

The right combo bolts right up. You will have the EGR connection to deal with if you leave it connected. Also, AIR upstream components will need to be squared away. Talk to Paul Workman here and get an oil dipstick bracket. I’d get some appropriate header bolts too. May need O2 relocation harness (Summit). Get a Haibeck chip tailored for headers with anti-backfire.

That sounds sporty but it’s not that bad.

Plug and play, slip fit ... should have been a install on the form as we had a group buy,,,, a few years ago ( 5 to 10]. I did the cats from stainless works with the long tubes and it was plug and play to Corsa ... I would question stainless works, I also did the air tubes for the injection air system.

I've installed numerous Stainless Works Headers on ZR-1's, LT-1's and LT-4. They are, in my experience, the best fitting system. Pairing with Corsa Sport is a killer combo. You can also pair up with SW 3" exhaust.

If you're decent with a wrench, you can definitely do this work.

Thanks to all of you for your feedback. About the only thing I don't have in my arsenal yet is welding capability (yet) & sounds like that is not an obstacle. So, you answered my question & more. Much obliged.

Here are a couple of photos of the SW long tubes connected to a Corsa exhaust via Vibrant 3” cats, V-band quick disconnect clamps, and, Vibrant SS flex joints.
