Hi All,
Looking for a LT-5/LT-1 mechanic/specialists in the Portland, Oregon area. Any ideas? Thanks, Bob |

Re: Looking for LT-1 & LT-5 Specialist
LT1, likely plenty. check your local Chevy dealer, or pretty much any restoration shop.
LT5, uhh...nope. Used to be a guy just across the border in Washington, but he evaporated long ago. There are a small handful of LT5 pros out there, Marc Haibec, Cory Henderson, Bill Budreau, Graham Behan, to name a few. Good luck. Crabs

Re: Looking for LT-1 & LT-5 Specialist
Thanks for the info. I am working with the local Chevrolet dealer. I have an issue with my '94 LT1 and was looking for another set of eyes on the problem.
I am aware of the fellow in Vancouver, Wash. Tom Wong Performance Engineering. He no longer works on the old Vettes. Very hard to make contact with. Again Thanks, Bob |

Dave Perry is very talented and knowledgeable with both. He is south of you in CA.

I know he is in SoCal. I can send you his phone number, if you wish.

Re: Looking for LT-1 & LT-5 Specialist
The guys at corvettes of auburn (in Washington tho) seem to know the lt5. They couldn?t solve my issue, but it was a pretty tricky problem (heat related intermittent ecu failure).

You might try Tom Wong in Vancouver, WA. Can be hard to reach, but keep trying or stop by if you can.

I finally made contact with Tom Wong and he no longer works on older Vettes.
