WTB: ZR1 Driver
In the market for a ZR1 now that I confirmed that my 6'6" frame can actually fit into the C4 body style.
Sat in a 1992 ZR1 with power sport seats and a glass top so I know that combination will work. Looking to keep cost of entry reasonable. I'm not looking for an all original museum piece. I'd like a driver, one thats been regularly maintained (and from what I understand, modified accordingly to ensure longevity and reliability) Mileage doesnt scare me if the car in question shows its been taken care of. Must have: Power Sport Seats Glass Top Not interested in: Green or White cars Anything that needs serious paint work (unless the price is REALLY attractive) I'm located in Finksburg, MD but willing to fly/drive/walk for the right car. Re: WTB: ZR1 Driver
You sound like me. I?m 6?4 and was worried about fit. I drove a ZR-1 and a 2004 Le Mans with a manual about an hour apart. I was shocked that I could fit snuggly, if comfortably, into the ZR-1, but kept bumping my head in the C5. I really figured the C5 would be less special, but more roomy.

I guess if I want a C5, it better be a convertible? |

I always heard that guys our height would benefit from a telescoping steering wheel in the C5s and that wasnt an option on the Z06. Find a Targa with power sport seats and a telescoping steering wheel and you should be all set! |
