Aside from being a clone - and a poor one at that, the interior looks to be in faily good shape, but that paint job...is really pathetic! Oh, and I'll have to check, but I thought LT1/4s were all Sequential Fuel Injection (SFI), not Mass Fuel Injection (MFI). Anybody know off-hand? Anyway... I'd give it a C-or a D on that paint job alone.

I know there is an idiom, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" but I thought I saw it all until this one. Not sure if "clone" or "tribute" is better...ha, ha! Craig

Re: How to Clone a ZR-1!
Okay, other than the guy saying that it is a "clone".....I can't seem to figure out exactly why and what makes this a clone.
I would call this "wishful thinking" or perhaps "someone's delusion".....just love what ya drive and call it a day, no? I know, I'm the typical "stuck up ZR-1 driver"! I give us a bad name, but I try not to! Really, I do try.

Re: How to Clone a ZR-1!
I sent him this:
"You really need to get that ZR-1 clone crap off of the internet...a C-4 ZR-1 is probably the hardest car in the world to clone....the car you have listed doesn't have the beautiful LT-5 engine, a six speed (all ZR-1s came with) and from the front doors back it doesn't have the ZR-1 specific wide body panels. Ridiculous; you are making a fool out of yourself. Take the emblems off and list the car honestly as it should be on it's own merits!"

Re: How to Clone a ZR-1!
GC/Tom,
The saddest thing of all is someone will probably buy it and be proud to own it. The worst is when they get there arse handed to them someone will write a kill story on how they stomped the heck out of a "ZR-1".
