Default Winter Project SALE -

All,

I know some of you may be contemplating some extra ponies for your ride at the 25th Anniversary Gathering in BG next year. I have 2 sets of injector housings (90-92 style) along w a plenum, all suitable for porting. Gotta get them out of here, they're taking up space.

Used Injector Housings $375

NOS Injector Housings $450

Used Plenum $375

LT-5 Starters (3) SOLD

Also have several sets of plenum gaskets, some new, some used. Let me know what you need.

Shipping is yours.

What are the differences in the 90-92 & 93 up injector housings? Are they interchangeable?

They ARE Interchangeable.....with some relatively easy modifications.

The differences between 90' and 91' Heads AND Injector Housings are the PCV ports. The PCV Ports on the 90' Heads are LARGE requiring the PCV ports on the Injector Housings to be SMALL. The PCV Ports on 90' Injector Housings are restricted which you can install the same PCV Restrictions on 91' Injector Housings as a modification. The PCV Ports on 91' Heads ARE Restricted and you use 91' Injector Housings which PCV Ports are NOT Restricted. Or Remove the PCV Restriction in the 90' Injector Housings.

Relevant to the runners themselves, those that port the IHs use the 90-92 IHs since they have smaller ports to begin w and more material to work with. Additionally, the 93 on up IHs had the same injector bosses for both primary and secondary injectors, the 90-92 are different. However, none of that hinders the interchangeability of 90-92 IHs onto a later motor. =Jeff=, as an example is using 93+ IHs on his 90 motor.
As Dyno pointed out above, the PCV restrictor may need to be installed in the IH depending on the opening found in the cylinder head.

I will take One starter with a good gear as I recently replaced the bearings in one and nice to have an extra on the bench
But......I will want it shipped to 57241 AFTER Oct 3, 2014. Let me know shipping costs and I will PayPal.
