O ring part numbers gasket material

I looked up the oring part nos in the AS568 and ISO numbering systems for the junk we are doing to my car so, where would you like me to post the o ring part numbers for the fuel lines and injectors.

The fuel line orings are about 20 cents each and viton injector orings are about a buck apiece, if you order one at a time. Order and have spares or service sets.

I also have a roll of gasket (superior marine grade Chesterton 140) material I use when building blown marine engines or old CC engines. I can sell enough for you to make your own gaskets Plen, tb etc for 20 bucks. I could even be persuaded to trace the gaskets on it for you if I have them and you say pretty please.

I have stock gaskets then keep and use them as patterns and make mine. The Chesterton stuff is great and super strong. Plus it is thicker. Exacto knife set and punch set wala $60+ worth of gaskets (made out of better that any available matrial) for 20 bucks.

Chesterton 140 I don't believe is marketed any longer or at least not in most of the civilized world. I'm not very familiar with Chesterton (but I'm aware of them) but the 140 isn't in their "flange product listing" where I assumed it would be listed BUT I did find reference to it here after I had exhausted the search because your intended use sounded interesting.

Maybe that's why it's no longer listed in their product guide. Is your 140 product a "typo"?

I have lots of things that are not marketed anymore because the products were expensive or high end products.

I personaly used pf-305 asbestos and Evercoat resin to make what we called nehi to repair hundreds of GM Corvettes, and fiberglass of any kind..

That is the product used to make resin thicker and glue the pannels to the bonding strips. I still use its substitute, from WestMarine, after evercoat stopped making fiberfill.

One uses nehi to attach g to g and matt to replace missing fiberglass material.

So if you concerned, call the EPA and have them remove your corvettes' body, it might kill you.

As stated, I have a roll of the best gasket material ever produced Chesterton 140. Cometec is its closest comparison. I can get that and use copper also for gaskets.

Sure, flatout, and many other places will put 40 cents worth of orings in a bag and sell them to you for $3-$5.

I perfer to bag my own and pocket the change....
