Valet Key for New Owners - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

I'm a relatively new owner and got two sets of door and chipped ignition keys for my 91 but only one Valet Key. I got a third set at the dealer today but my dealer does not make or carry the Valet Key.

I went to a local locksmith and told him that the valet key and the door key on my 1991 were the same blank and gave him the valet key to cut from. He made two more for me that work perfectly.

Just f.y.i. as we don't always get all the keys with these beauties when we get 'em.

I don't think this is new info but it might be for the relatively new owners.
