WAZOO Maintenance Day
Every one is invited to a ZR-1 Westminster Maintenance Day on Sunday, September 29th, 2024.
We will meet at the garage on the alley behind my house at: 195 W Main St Westminster MD 21157 My Cell number is: 443-244-1347, call me if you need directions or have any questions. We will start at 8:00 AM. Come when you can, leave when you want. We will do an oil change, a headlight motor replacement, and I need help with a window regulator installation. If anyone else has a project for their ZR-1 let me know. Reply to this thread if you can make it so we can get a count for food & drinks. (There is a rumor that Charlie will be bringing pulled pork.) Re: WAZOO Maintenance Day
Darn, wish I were closer. I have a ZF Doc short shifter to install and I don't really want to do it alone. Sadly, I'm 2702 miles away.

Re: WAZOO Maintenance Day
For sure this is the best area along with Chicago to own and operate C4 ZR-1 in the world. Without WAZOO guys, I would have given up on my 94 a long time ago.

Re: WAZOO Maintenance Day
We had overcast skies with intermittent showers so yup, the cars got a little wet but successful and fun day nonetheless. Many thanks to Secondchance for changing out my headlight motor and looks like my stall issue is fixed with cleaning the idle air control valve. We also got to work on Zach's rear shocks and looks like a water pump replacement will be soon. For a change, we were able to do something for our Captain Jim QB93Z. Dan and Terry put in a new replacement window regulator under the supervison of Jessica. We had a problem with interference on the regulator and Jessica looked at it and pointed out a widget was upside down. Once corrected.......perfect! We also got Jim's Tech 1A working and Zach will be on the lookout for additional cartriges. Even with the so-so weather, we had 11 in attendance and had a great time. Thank you Jim for hosting!
