Re: 90-199
Anybody know what kind of $ these actually sell for? This one looks to be fixable - at very least it runs and drives. Looking at 4 good A-molds and tires, engine complete with that "unobtainium" ignition module, the computer itself, complete rear body, etc etc... Seems like for someone who had a shop or a place to store it - it could be a good deal? Or am I nuts?

Re: 90-199
Typical return on an average car is around 16-20% of preaccident value.....classic cars run higher depending on damage...often approaching 50-60% of ACV.

Re: 90-199
Light hit, all standard C4 stuff. Very saveable. Insurers have a hard time getting hoods, leading to total loss. Happened to my 96 LT4.

Re: 90-199
Looks like the hit was primarily above the centerline of the body, probably no frame damage, just all the bumper support brackets, radiator support, etc.
Saveable, but with the prices these days a restoration would probably cost more than the the resale value of the car. *sigh*. In an ideal world, this one should be put away into storage and wait until prices climb. 'Crabs
