Under Car Splash Driver Side by Tire???
Anyone know what this is actually called? I see a splash shield under the rear of the car on the passenger side, but don't see one on the drivers side. I assume somone took it off at some point...
Can someone identify what this part is? and where I can get a replacement? |

To be more descriptive... under the rear of the car on each side, there is a small black triangle shapped black plastic shield that blocks the upper inner fender behind the back tires... it looks like it take 2 press in type plastic retainers that are round with large 50 cent size heads to hold it to the aluminum frame side then the other side ???
Does this make more sense? |

Are you missing the rear tire carrier that holds the spare? Or maybe a piece of the Rear inner fender well?

No, the rear tire carrier is present, well actually it is removed right now for cleaning and detailing... these splash screens are just to the left and the right of this tire holder directly under the mufflers..... the cover the small round strut bars that support the fiberglass fenders behind the rear tires...

He is talking about a black plastic piece that sits under the EVAP on the passanger side rear 1/4 panel and it clips on to a matel rod.
The answer is no,from all the Z's i have seen none had a left side cover,just right side,don't know why. Pete
