I got my ZR-1
I picked up my 90 ZR-1 yesterday. She is #2543 with 28k miles. Well maintained and garage kept by the same gent for the last 28 years. It was about a 300 mile ride home and I had a great time, even though it was on the slab.
Owner preferred the 94 ZR1 wheels so has them on the car but gave me the original wheels which I will probably use when putting new rubber on. He also put a Flowmast exhaust on the car and I have the entire original exhaust system. Been looking for the right ZR-1 for awhile and believe I found it. I am very please with the car but I believe I may have an AC problem which is bad news in Texas. It was cool where I picked it up so I thought the AC operated properly as did the previous owner. Will get a state inspection this week and then register her next week. In the meantime I will read up on troubleshooting the AC. I am not a great mechanic but would like to give it a go a resolving the issue. Looking forward to meeting up with fellow owners and enjoying the car. Cheers |

Re: I got my ZR-1
I have two grandkids graduating college and a niece graduating Duke Law the weekend of the 9-10 May. I am in Dallas traveling to North Carolina so unfortunately can't make BG. I don't think I would be forgiven.

Congrats and what a thrill it is to get another ZR1 in the Metroplex. There are a bunch of us and more than happy to help!
