Question Seatbelt dummy light

My 90 has the dummy light on for the seatbelt and the tension is always loose. Wasnt there a recall, and if so, is it still valid

Yes there was, jeffvette had a way of looking at your VIN and putting it through the maintenance records process at GM to see if your car had that recall service performed. The problem now if wether GM will have your color seatbelt in stock or not. GC

You need to fix the infl rest issue and your seatbelt light will go off. It's tied together.

Recall should be in effect. PM me your last 8 digits in the vin and I'll run it in the gm database and check and see if belts are still available.
