Default Radiator Cap

I am looking to buy a new radiator cap for my 90. The cap currently on there is an AC Delco 17 psi., HC-44 with two ears on the side. It looks very old and the rubber is deteriorating. I see an AC Delco RC 81 on rock auto for sale. this RC 81 has a 15 psi rating and no ears on it for turning. Any suggestions? What s the best cap and rating to buy?

Below, I believe, is what came with the car and replaced with the same about 10 years ago. AC-Delco 15 psi.

Hi! You have AC Delco RC44 17psi available in Summit Racing (there are two other 17 psi caps from Griffin Radiators brand)

I don't know if it's good for our LT-5's the 15 or 16 psi caps. Service manual and technical information specifies 17 psi caps.

When you select "1990 Corvette" to check the caps suitability only appear AC Delco RC44...

I know stock is 17 lb cap, but I have been running this Mr.Gasket one for as long as I can remember, but they were half the price then. It is 16 lbs and never had a problem. If you only want stock sorry and please disregard. They come in red and blue too. Don?t mind me I?m always different. 😂🤙🏼

I purchased two radiator caps from summit :

ACDelco 6410962 - ACDelco Radiator Caps

Part Number: ADO-RC44

$10.79 each

Thanks everyone....I am a stock kinda guy and the 17 psi one seems like the best fit for me since it will be the same thing that has been on there for most likely 167,000 miles!
