Default 1990 ZR1 rubber antenna grommet

Does anyone know where I may get one of these rubber grommets? You can see there is a difference as seen in the dropbox link below and or attachment.

What about taking a stock ZR-1 antenna grommet and having a 3D
printer duplicate it ?

There is a thickness and the cutout is difference
