Default Someone was hammered when they put the intake on!

Or at least that has to be the reason the damn gaskets are so far misaligned!

Check this out, 32 mm at some points due to misaligned gaskets.

Gasket shows it best, look at the overlap:

Now I know why someone also put a 64MM TB on a 60MM plenum

Only marking is a what looks like a small thermostat housing gasket, with I believe RGW in the center.....tiny stamp. Is got a grey gasket material around the oil and water passages, looks like some ROLs, I have had before on my old L98.

You are probably right, bolt holes are in good shape, probably a crappy gasket.....I don't know why you would leave this on if lined up so bad!

May not be a bad gasket at all. I've seen significant core shift in several Injector housings and plenums, all different from one another. I have discussed it with Aaron Scott before and he went so far as to say it's not uncommon and not difficult to deal with when porting.

The ones we pulled off my motor today had the gray sealant around the oil and water passages.

These gaskets are black vs the tan color of yours.
