Someone was hammered when they put the intake on!
Or at least that has to be the reason the damn gaskets are so far misaligned!

Only marking is a what looks like a small thermostat housing gasket, with I believe RGW in the center.....tiny stamp. Is got a grey gasket material around the oil and water passages, looks like some ROLs, I have had before on my old L98.
You are probably right, bolt holes are in good shape, probably a crappy gasket.....I don't know why you would leave this on if lined up so bad! LGAFF 91 ZR1 #234 Last edited by LGAFF; 03-16-2008 at 08:56 PM. |

May not be a bad gasket at all. I've seen significant core shift in several Injector housings and plenums, all different from one another. I have discussed it with Aaron Scott before and he went so far as to say it's not uncommon and not difficult to deal with when porting.

black gaskets might be factory . if they have a blue ring (printoseal))thay for eure factory . tan one probably white racing
