It was a rat. He had it rigged to when he bites the head off and Squeeze's it blood squirts out of its neck. Even the cops stopped to take cell phone pictures of the setup in his front yard. He does such an elaborate set up that a local Katy magazine did a write up about it. His son told me it takes 3 weeks to get everything set up.
